Hello! I'm an editor, writer and occasional Substacker living in Nashville. I've spent nearly two decades working at WWD, SHAPE, Stylecaster and most recently Nike, where I helped launch a content-first initiative for the brand.

In 2024, I ventured out on my own to cover topics I find most fascinating: books, wellness, pop culture and fashion. Since then, I've written for Teen Vogue, W, Marie Claire, Dwell and more.

A bit more about me: I grew up in Baltimore and graduated from College of Charleston with a degree in media studies and mass communications. When I'm not working, I can be found perusing local bookshops, running or hanging out with my rescue dog, Birdie.
